The Best Salad DressingThe Best Salad Dressing

Everyone is eating healthier or at least trying to eat healthier.  Salads have always been on a dieters menu and now salads are on the menu of almost everyone who is trying to eat healthier.  Many dietitians recommend two tablespoons of dressing for every 2 cups of salad.  Some dressings are too good to only use two tablespoons and I have found just the one!

Dressings can be used to marinate food, add flavor or be used as a dipping sauce.  Ranch dressing of any brand is often used as a dipping sauce and is very popular with many people, even young kids.  Italian dressing and balsamic dressing are good for marinating food.  Marston products makes a great salad dressing that is well hidden.  I have introduced the dressing to many people who thank me for telling them about the dressing.

Otis and Sally Marston opened a restaurant in Pasadena, California in 1988.  After a few years, grocery stores started to sell their salad dressing with great success.  San Pasqual salad dressing has to be the best tasting dressing of all times!  I very rarely have any other dressing on my salads.  It can also be used as a marinate and dipping sauce!

Many home cooks have tried to re-create this awesome recipe.  Uncle Phaedrus website has the San Pasqual recipe.  It is close, but nothing beats the real dressing!  In the homemade version, something is missing.  All the ingredients are there, but the secret cooking process does something to enhance the taste that a home cook cannot replicate.

The smooth tangy taste is great on all foods.  San Pasqual brings out so much taste that nobody can limit themselves to only two tablespoons.  I recommend everyone try San Pasqual.  You will be much happier.  Have you tried it?  What do you think?  Comment in the area below and let us know your opinion!
