Issue:
Ever had your displays get out of whack, maybe random artifacts on the screen, abnormal font/icon sizes, etc?  There is a quick hotkey combination you can hit to reset your GPU (graphics processing unit -or- video card).

Solution:
Hold the CTRL key down, then hold the SHIFT key down, followed by the WINDOWS LOGO key (you are hold 3 keys down now) – then tap the letter B – the system will make a noise (beep sound) to indicate the sequence is accepted and your video will black out for a second or two.  You can release the keys when you hear the sound.  This may save a reboot!
